Human Rights

Trust and Respect” is one of our four core values, which means we perceive all people as equal with a right to equal treatment and respect, regardless of race, skin colour, gender, age and nationality and regardless of religion, political orientation or sexual orientation. We respect international human rights laws at all of our workplaces and will react against any violations of these, including by any business partners.

In addition to complying with applicable law, we have formulated the following policies to support human rights: Integration Policy, Policy against Bullying and Sexual Harassment; Health Policy; and a Senior Policy, where we conduct interviews with senior staff to ensure that our employees have a job they can cope with, as they grow older, both physically and mentally.

We carry out ongoing activities to promote both the physical and mental working environment as well as the health of our employees.
